No need to rearrange your schedule. As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home during your scheduled visit. We’ll handle everything and leave your yard clean and ready to enjoy.

If your gate is locked, just let us know your preferred access method—we’re happy to work with lockboxes, codes, or arrange a key. For the safety of our team and your pets, we kindly ask that all dogs be brought inside or securely separated during service. While we love dogs, we do not scoop with pets in the yard to prevent any risk of accidents or stress for them—or us.

Our technician will:

– Walk your entire yard, locating and removing all pet waste

– Double-check for missed spots

– Apply sanitizer and deodorizer if requested

– Secure your gate before leaving

– Leave a notification of completed service

Sanitizer and deodorizer must be used according to the product label, including application and re-entry instructions. Keep children and pets away during application and follow the product-specific directions before using the treated area.

If your household has sensitivities or you have questions about your lawn, ask us about the product before adding treatment. Dog waste pickup and sanitizer/deodorizer treatment are separate parts of the service; no treatment replaces regular cleanup.

Life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your service anytime—just give us a call or send a message at least 24 hours in advance. There are no cancellation fees for regular service.

Recurring service is billed monthly in advance, with a valid card on file required. Your per-cleanup price is an approximate breakdown of the monthly total; we do not bill weekly.

Your first cleanup is FREE when you start recurring service, including sanitizer and deodorizer on that first visit. Any remaining regular visits in your first month are prorated. Ongoing monthly service is billed on the 1st.

Qualifying new recurring customers receive complimentary sanitizer and deodorizer with their FREE First Clean.
